How the next few weeks look.

Hi all, glad to see you’re with me.

This note is about how the next few weeks look like and things I need to get through to make our move work properly.

Firstly is the thing with the driver’s licence. I’ve been working quite hard on the CD I learn from at home and a little from the book. I’ve taken nearly all the lessons (one left), so ~ the next step is to visit the doctor for a check-up and hopefully that will give me free-riding for the licence. Then it would mean completing the last lesson and taking the computer and driving tests. They say everyone passes first time at their school. So second, is doing them.

Then comes the move, planned for next week (after the doctor’s app.). Of course it’s a little more complicated, but we don’t need to go into that. The move should work, but may require a second ride.

If I pass the doctor’s test (due to complications) and then the driver’s examinations, I on the right track. So then would obviously be the right time to buy a car. Living in Hungary without a car and two dogs and a rabbit, would just not work. So we’d have to look around a buy a car before we can move for good.

Maybe I’m just worrying about nothing, but for some reason I’m taking this seriously for once and see these obstacles blown out of all perspective! In actual fact, it’s not that difficult. Like my sis said, perhaps I just have to wait a couple of weeks. That easily said, as we’ve already been waiting for two years and this last stretch just seems like eternity. Like almost being at the top of a mountain after miles of walking, seeing the peak, yet still grabbing hold of the Earth to pull you up with every last breathe of your soul. My sis says I’m melodramatic! Ha! Perhaps she’s right. Probably more a bad habit I picked up along the way. I hope I have more to right about in future, as this is just a difficult and weary interim period.

So, once we have the driver’s licence, the car and the furniture moved to the house, that should be it. Free-sailing and moving as soon as we can ~ for good. Overseas where I’ve always wanted to be.

Regards, my friends and lovers,

yours,

röebok
